Delivery and Pick up Information

Standard Delivery and pick up time are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. The price will vary on the zip code of which you are in. We do offer Saturday and Sunday and after hours at additional fees. Standard Delivery is made at ground level and to the door or driveway anything else we can do at additional cost as well.

Can we set up and break down rental equipment?

We can set up and break down any equipment that we bring but there is additional cost for us to do this. You may call us for more information on this.

Is there a reservation required?

No, but it would be a good idea to reserve a head of time as there is a limit of inventory we have and it comes on first reserved and held and in season we become very busy so better to hold what your looking for in advance.

When is payment due?

There is a 50% down deposit to hold for your rental Items. The balance is do on delivery or the day before we deliver if paying with credit card.

What type of payments do we take?

We take all major Credit cards, cash and checks.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancell your order up to 48hrs in advance. Anything after this will result in a 50% non refundable cost to you.
